Hello, Readers!
Thank you again for coming to visit this humble little site as it is being built and arranged. I am getting some great feedback, and I will be doing what I can to better organize things and make this a generally better experience! I am so pleased to see all of the different places and people coming in to check this out!
For the time being, after some thought and talk with others, I am going to try releasing a story once every two weeks. That will generally come out to two a month, with exceptions. The reasoning for this is twofold:
- I have a day job, just like so many other people, and I have my responsibilities. I do not want my writing to suffer by adding a lot of extra anxiety on myself. This is a labor of love!
- As an added bonus to you, and because I love collaboration so much, I am going to try and have as many of my stories I post here illustrated by people whose art I very much enjoy! I am commissioning them for their work, and properly crediting them. Therefore, I don’t want to put myself (or them) into a position where I am putting undue pressure on them to turn out quality product in a rushed atmosphere.
Thank you all for your understanding, and I hope that this system will make things easy and low-stress as possible! I will experiment with smaller pieces that may release at various times, but for now, once every two weeks. There are already plans in place, and I am doing my best to maintain that!
As always, thank you all, folks who have followed me from various social media, art sites, and even just reading me for the first time.
